Don't get it turned... most people don't have good luch with them after they've been turned. A polish should do the trick unless it spun a bearing.
If you don't have to turn the crank then don't.
FYI - Precision has run many 4G63 cranks in their Hornet cars without any trouble. My 2.4 is still running the 10 under crank. All Precision had to do was polish it. They feel I shouldn't have any problem with it, and I haven't for the first 800 miles. We'll see what happens after I start pouring the boost on it though.

BTW - Darryl tells me that Buscher uses turned cranks in their standard rebuilds, but only factory spec cranks for their race engines.
