SRT-4s are 2.4L equipped Dan, not a 2.0L. I think the stock boost level on those things are 17psi. My guess is, given the larger displacement, lighter SRT-4, I'd say he was probably pretty close to stock.
This is all I read.

You stated it was an SRT-4, making it a Mitsubishi designed 2.4L. The SRT's came with the 2.4L turbo motor, no other Neon came with that motor. The baseline Neon came with a 2.0L (quite a different breed). Clarify if you would, if it was a 2.0L with a turbo or an SRT-4.

The information you posted is for the baseline model, SRT-4 does get something special.
Yes, I feel it necessary to pick your story apart. The truth?
