I have a 92 non turbo coil pack on my car. Its the only thing I had laying around. THe car rpms fluctuate while idling and when I hit the gas it hesitates then goes up. Would the coil pack have a part in this. If so I need one asap for a 91 awd.

I beleive a Gatorade bottle will work in a pinch for overflow. Cap should snap right on...if you have the cap

vacuum/boost leak? Improper base timing? Unpluged MAS? Bad plug/wire?
Just a few things to check. I wouldn't think the coil would do that. If it runs, it should run.

the plugs and wires are brand new, the MAS is plugged in, I will do with the over flow, and how much for the coil? I wasnt sure if the coil off a turbo car was different as far as spark/current due to turbo vs. non turbo.

Free fix would be a BISS adjustment...You probably already tried it but you never know...TPS or ISC could be the culprit also

Just read the original post a little more thoroughly. I don't think the coil pack is causing your problems. Best to check those items listed above before you go buying mine.

well, after hours and hours of piddling around with different things I came to find that it has been the fuel filter the hole time. I changed it yesterday and when I went to start it later on in the evening it started right up. All I have left to do is put the rear brakes on it and the back section of exhaust. Although I did run into a problem, the oil feedline spot on the head is starting to strip and is leaking. It tightens down snug, but not snug enough to stop leaking. Any suggestions!!!!!!!

is this gonna keep it the same same size and thread or make it different to were Ill need a new banjo bolt.

No if you notice on the top left of the package it states, 5/16 to an 18! this will tap out or rethread for the heli to go in. And then you use the same bolt with new crush washers.

If your not for sure take the banjo bolt with you when you go to buy a heli coil.
