we hooked a logger to my car and when we went to read the codes it said

stored: ecu comm error

what does this mean. The car is running fine except for the idle problem. This is the only code thing coming up. We cleared the other codes, which were nothing major.

It means that your logger is not connecting to the ecu. Try a different logger cable, if you have one.
