How do I fix the sticking gas pedal and where is the ISC supposed to be set at? The gas pedal is the problem, alteast most of it.

did you take out your throttle plate? If so, you may be sticking because the plate is not in correctly.

Loosen 2 screws on throttle plate and adjust until throttle opens and closes freely.

The ISC isn't manually adjustable. The ECU takes care of the ISC

i sprayed wd40 on the cable and it didnt work so maybe its to tight. Ill try the throttle body fix though.

I'd suggest rebuilding the whole TB with new O-rings and lots of dialectric grease. If she doesn't move free after that, then you have something binding somewhere.

Have you verified that your accelerator cable is not frayed and therefore binding up inside the sleeve? If you can open/close the throttle plate by hand, your problem isn't there...if your gas pedal goes down but pulls up (by hand) with difficulty, it's probably the accelerator cable.

Well sorta...what I described just happened to me about 6 weeks ago. Had to get a brand new accelerator cable (not throttle cable) for ~$50 from Satan, which I guess is pretty cheap.
