1000cc Good god! I bought a set of RC 550cc injectors about 2 years back. I tossed them in when I was running my Supra side mount, GM MAF, and Dejon IC piping on a 190. Thing ran like a beast, but I could never get it tuned right and would hit fuel cut around 15-17 psi. but that’s due to problems I had with the GM Translator and ECU not the injectors. From my experience they were good but due to the fact I never really had the thing tuned to where it needed to be, I couldn’t give it a true yay or nay in the same aspect of the thirst that your fuel system requires.

But I’m a cheap SOB to, so I wouldn’t know anything about you deep pocket people and your fancy “new age” injectors.

Superior spray pattern disc style 950's for $340. Turn the fuel pressure up a pound or two and boom you have 1000's.

Looks like they have 1000's as well for hefty bit more. Or you could just say screw it and get a set of 1600's for $260.

When I was in FSAE we did a spray pattern analysis on 150cc RC injectors. They're basically a stream of fuel and don't atomize very well at all. They end up working ok anyway because the fuel hits the divider between the intake valves and disperses somewhat. Made little to no difference at WOT, did pick up some fuel mileage when we switched to injectors with better atomization.

I just bought a set of AMS 780cc disk style injectors but haven't had a chance to use them yet. Supposedly the disk style is the best for atomization.
