Are my rod and main bolts ok to reuse on a 6 bolt?

Should be. At least I have. There's not a lot of torque on them, so I don't think they stretch like head bolts.

The only bolts you have to throw away are torque-to-yield bolts. Which is defined by "torque to xx, plus xx degrees rotation". The extra rotation will stretch the bolt (close to yield strength) to maintain the maximum clamping force, especially during heat cycling. Unfortunately, the stretching renders the bolt unusable after that since the bolt was taken to yield (will not return to it's original length).
