I have one from a 94 eclipse, its green. I dont know if they are the same or not. You want the whole thing, lock and all or just the handle?

Let me know. I dont believe there would be a difference in the handles between an Eclipse or talon, the difference may be between a 90 and 94, im not sure if they changed the door handles or not.
