i am thinking of buying a nitrouse fogger kit from nitrous express and i am wondering if a 35hp-50hp shot is ok to use. they say it is safe to use on a stock engine. now my car is na and is rebuilt with about 70,000 miles on it. what do you guys think? without using anything involving the words turbo or forced induction lol lol. thanks

Venom makes a little box that is just like a shot of nos. I talked to a kid in Divernin that has a N/A talon. He is running a Venom chip under the hood and has a LED to let him know when it is on. Then he said all he has to do is hit a button and it is like a shot of NOS. He also said he is running about 225-250 HP out of the stock motor. He has a exhaust header and a CAI that is it. If I were you I would look into the chip first.

That's just a piggyback. If you are going to do that, do it right and get a SAFC.

I personally have never used nitrous, but 35-50 should be just fine.

there is no way a CHIP would get you that kind of HP.


its a 4g63 NA, you should be fine with a 100 shot.

yeah i never liked the idea of piggybacking onto the ecu don't you have to get that sottered (however you spell it) on anyways? can you really run a 100 shot on a stock motor

hey man if your trying to throw N20 onto the 420a you might want to check out the AFX ECU upgrade, what year is your car?

the car is a 91 laser. what is afx? never heard of one.

You don't have a 420a and there aren't any real upgrades for your stock ECU. You need to either decide on a piggyback(SAFC or like) or upgrade to a whole different computer.
