I need to get the block and the head checked over. I was going to take them to Jopacs machine shop but I would like to know everyones opinion? Thanks

I've always used Kalina in Peoria, never had a problem personally. I've heard of others who haven't had the same luck. I'd use him again.

Shotts in Galesburg has treated me right in the past also (Chevy 350)

jopac in B/N does good work, as well as precision engineered engines also in B/N. talk to mitsu77 on this board his dad owns the shop. ryan can check it over, rebuild and port, or if you want a fully built race head his brother chris is a genius.
