Here is the owners response to an e-mail:

Thanks very much for your interest.

We have completed (2) of these cars and are working on the third
currently(for a customer). The (2) cars we have built thus far were purely for R&D and were our prototypes, one an S13, the other an S14.

The prices are not yet in concrete, but it looks like the basic kit,
which is essentially a rolling chassis will be ~12.5-15k depending on which
suspension (non adj steel, single adj steel or double adj aluminum)and
which driveshafts (steel or alu). That includes everything needed to get the
car running. We have a few things to work out for the rolling chassis
pricing, and turnkey pricing will be figured out next. We will calculate
pricing using stock turbos with fabricated downpipes and exhaust as a base
package. Upgrade options exist for turbos, manifolds, ICs, exh, roll cage, fuel
mgt, etc etc). Pricing will be finalized by early November.

We require an S13/S14 shell, and R32 clip. We can provide the S14 and
clip if needed.

The conversion takes approximately 3-4 weeks for a rolling chassis.
The car can be shipped to us with our without an engine, but it must be shipped to our phoenix, az facility.

If you have any other questions feel free to email me back.

NICE! There's a company in Japan that also makes the body panels to convert a 240SX (Silvia) to look identical to the Skyline. I can't recall the name of it though...
