Oh my god it is amazing what the search feature on the internet will do. I think I found my fix. Well there is a pic of the new TBE.

You will need a rear O2 simulator to run the test pipe. Otherwise it will throw a (main catalyst below threshold) CEL.
By the way..... GET THAT FRAM OIL FILTER OFF OF YOUR CAR ASAP!!!! Use a Mobil 1 or a Purolator filter. Anything but a Fram! And make sure you're using Mobil 1 oil. The EVO's were factory filled with Mobil 1 5w30.
And what's with the "extra" wiring behind the filter? That kind of bothers me...

You dont necessarily need to run an o2 simulator. You could also swap out your test pipe for a megan racing one which should bolt up. It comes with a recessed o2 bung that pulls the sensor away from the actual pipe about an inch or so

Doesn't look like it to me. That section of pipe that bolts the downpipe and catback together looks like a test pipe to me.
I've never heard of a recessed 02 bung but if Booztd says it effectively works at fooling the sensor then it might be worth a try.

Yeah I looks that way in the pic but that is the CB. The dp I bought goes from the turbo straight onto the CB. It has a bung on it but it is on the top. No enough room. So I think I am going to have another bung welded in the side of it.
