Guess I left at the right time...

Being a cop, I still think that this law will have no effect on society as it is always in my blood to race and i would be leaniant on the people racing unless it involved an accident, injury, or death to someone. Everyone if you are going to race take it to rual area or mainly a track. This will avoid any major conflictions with the police. (I do not condone street racing of any kind)

I remember researching this statute several years back when a certain someone (no, not me) was facing potential charges.

Reading the consequences definitely 'sobered me up' to the reality that if they wanted to, they could throw the book at me for a lot of what I was doing.

Getting anal-raped in the duodenum while in a prison cell, horribly wrecking my car and getting a debilitating or sexually complicated injury, or paying a hefty #*$&-ing fee (sic Team America) isn't nearly worth the cheap thrill of racing some jagoff on a congested street with my slow-ass whip.
