as you all know by now, I sold the GSX...
but now I found a new car to replaced it as the pack leader in the stable...

here it is.
1995 Mustang GT.

I have a 90 GT for track use... but my DD talon is likely just as quick. Kinda sad, but Mustangs are a fun vehicle no matter what.

Mustangs are like hookers...fun to drive, but you don't want to bring one home.

Understood, but what if you could afford to keep a hooker in the garage and use/abuse her at your faintest whim? Would you have one then?

I did good.... I was originally looking for a GM Fbody... but none in my price range that were nice enough... Mustangs go a bit cheaper.

But didn't the 95 GT's run a 15 something stock?

They are slow, but there are more upgrade parts out there for the 5.0 than nearly any other platform save for the old Chevy 350.

yes.......*almost* as fast as a stock GSX

and with the right mods they wake up quite well... hmmm, just like DSM's do...

for instance my car has a 4:10 gear and runs almost as fast as an LS1 that has nearly 100 HP more than I have... after a head/intake/cam job I should be somewhere in the mid 12's or faster.
