the dampner pulley is makin noises on me and is sliding around on there due to the rubber bushing that it is pressed on to.. need some advice and prolly some pictures would help too ...thanks if you can help

Yes, the stock Dampers often crap out on the DSM's because the rubber in between getts old and weak. You simply need to get a replacement. One of the guys on this forum may have one. If not check the bone yard.
Aftermarket ones are ok as long as they include the damper portion. Some do not which has been theorized at causing early engine failure. Oh, and the ones with the damper are extremely expensive.

If the 1g and 2g crank pullies are the same, I should have one that will fit your car.
Mine is from a 91 AWD, FYI...

Last I checked you can buy a brand new one from the dealership with the Club DSM discount for $60. Fresh Factory parts are often the best way to go when it comes to your motor.
