Sean Glazer was first in the 8's. His current record is an 8.875 as on the
DSMtimes.org page.

Shep put down a 8.90 at 154 too. impressive.

Actually he did do it with a unibody AWD car (not sure about the tires), otherwise Buschur would have been at the top of the list also. I think this is the car that caught fire in Texas last year.

I don't think Shepard's on street tires anymore either, is he? I thought I saw a pic of him racing on drag slicks, but I could be wrong. Darryl would probably know for sure.

We were there and saw the run. Well I saw the run, Darryl was waiting to run. I think he is on drag slicks but I will ask Darryl for sure. He doesn't get to DSMcentral posts much anymore. The weather for that run was really cool. Unfortunately he was not able to back it up because the clutch went out. Ours did that weekend too unfortunately. But yeah he was happy. If he goes any faster he will have to pull the chute...

If you guys check out his sight, there's a video if it. I guess he has since broken that time and is not at 8.7?

Yes he did run faster. I am not sure of the time but Darryl and I were talking about it the other day. He did the faster time at the NHRA race in Maple Grove and was on the full drag tires. But the other one was on the same tires we have.

I just can't get the parts in time to get it finnished,
and i decided to do some resto work on the suspension.
what does this have to do with 8 sec quartermile times....nothing.
just a little dissapointed in some of these dsm tuner shop crap son's of bitches
so if anyone wants to know who not to buy from, I will be glad to tell you from my own experience.
