granted, we're certainly not a group concerned about appearance, but is anyone interested in this show on the 25th?

Of course this is assuming that any of us will still have running vehicles after vickary day...

One plus is that BennyZ from CII has assured me that,
"A lot of the cars there won't be "show" cars. We will definitely be having classes for performance-first vehicles and probably a "sleeper" category."

Here's the link to the thread on CII about this show. To be honest, I never even read it because I thought it would just be the typical stroke fest comparing paint jobs that cost an obscene amount and whose underbody neon kit glows the brightest in daylight, but according to Benny, this should be different.

I'd be there to try and win the sleeper category, but I'd rather go to Spy's Halloween bash.

That and that's one heck of a drive. If it was in Bloomington or Peoria, hell yea.

Decatur is not that far away. Less than a hour and a half...

I don't know - I think we're considering it, maybe. There is so much going on in the next couple of weeks.

We'll post and let you know in the next couple of days for sure.

I have every intention on being there. The car seems to be doing better and better everyday. I should have the rest of my parts on and be boosting 6lbs by then. Keep fingers crossed.
