Ok so I go to pekin to race often... So its off season for my camaro so its not out, So my Jeeps broke and im driving my 82yr old grandpas 93? dogde dokota sport 3.9 V-6 all stock its pretty quick but its "doesnt have the cob webs blown out of it" so yeah it has more potential. ANY WAY knowing people down there I was just hanging out with friends most of the cars down there were cobras, GT's, a Vette 450hp K20 truck, Big bad toys. So this little VW Jetta GTI??? hatch back thing with a huge fart pipe, neon lights and sitckers all over it kept driving by and reving it (just knowing he would get killed by mostly anything down there. So i asked him to race my friends SC thunderbird and my friend just laughed at him so I told him I would take him in the sport. So we go and line up I go "SAY WHEN!" he repiles "ON THREE"...."THREE" (wheels spinning and he takes off) I calmly look over to my friend and say "WHAT THE HELL??" and mash it to the floor I take off pulling on him in first, then second... came right next to the passenger front fender as we crosed the line... We got back and hes like "yeah i got cold air intake and a fart pipe" I go Ya feel proud to beat a totaly stock auto truck? and you had to cheat? He goes well i dunno and mumbled off... Oh well he won I give it to him but it was rather cheap...

Later my friend after the race call all our friends and goes "MAN we just got beat by a ricer with a dub city sticker!"

I ran one of those one night while tuning. We kept even through first. When second grabbed I jumped like 5 cars on him. I'll never get these people that put on a fart can as their first mod . What are they thinking

the VR6 is really the only motor I can see as a strong motor with good potential to make power. If it was anything less than that, don't be worried. Let him think he won fair and square. What's he gonna tell his friends? "I killed a Dodge Dakota Sport with a V6?" Whoopdeee freakin dooo is what I say to that. Let me know when you get a little smarter and stop cruising around like a tool and a new car.

Yeah I wasnt impressed that he beat me... I would hope he wouldnt either, Considering that my Jeep and Camaro would have toasted him... racing ricers with my Jeep is the best! ask me if ya wana know about that!

AH ight... ok well i have a 78 CJ-5 man jeep. I just rebuilt the 304, boared out .30 over, 9.5:1 pistons, ya da ya da, its runnin around 300hp... and its got a low gear! I pull up to the stop sigh kids laugh at me i put it it 4 low... and pull the front end coming off the stop sign and kill them from block to block... The looks on there face is pricless!! although i stoped pullin the front end on it alot cuz i blew out a rearend... but no one sees it coming from an old jeep! Maby i just need to load it up with APC and NOS stickers... them add like 400hp right???
