I've got a ported EVO O2 housing that I broke the stud off of when I was taking the exhaiust off. I drilled the old stud out for the most part. I was wondering if it would be better to have a new stud welded in or should I get a new housing? Its really annoyingly loud and I decided to finally take care of it so I need some opinions. Thanks!

QUOTE (ncgalant @ Mar 28 2004, 01:03 AM) I'm using an EVO 02 housing and don't even have the right stud in there. Drill it out good and big, like 7/16 or so. Then get a 3/8 bolt and cut the head off. Put nuts on each end with locks and you'll be all set. That's now mine is with no leaking at all. Nathan The Nut wont fit between the wall of the housing and the bolt. It wont work. Ive already tried it! -------------------- 2003 Mustang GT
