I need a way to attach a buschur 3" exhaust (slip fit no flange). to a flanged DP.
I was thinking cut it to size and weld a flange on. But, I dont have a welder. Would JB weld be enough?? |

QUOTE (TurboMeTroy @ Mar 31 2004, 01:42 PM) It's a VERY tight fit to get the nuts back on....I ended up having to ruin a socket (grinding it down). (... 1 3" coupler for downpipe straight piece) Good job on the exhaust. We've been doing the same thing (except have put a glasspack in there) and have found that a 2.5"-3" coupler works great for the downpipe...it's easier to get the nuts on, since there's a little more room with the 2.5" portion of the coupler where the downpipe meets the O2 housing. Just thought I'd share, in case anyone is planning on fabbing their own exhaust. Joe -------------------- '90 Talon TSi AWD
