Clutch wire Options

Ok guys, here's the deal. I'm installing a TMO Stage 3 in my 94 GSX tomorrow along with the help of a friend. So today after classes I thought I'd get a start on the clutch wire. So I got one side all hooked up to the ecu and the other side to a green wire that was in a harness along with a black wire, just like TMO says to. The problem comes in where I have had this harness disconnected for a year now and a friend had pulled it apart while we were welding my clutch lever. So once I had hooked up these wires, I went to plug in the harness and it doesn't fit. Either me and my roommate are retarded or this isn't the right harness. So I guess my friend hid it somewhere last year to get it out of the way. Now here's where you guys come in, where does the other end of this wire go? I've consulted the factory electrical book adn it doesn't have anything adn I don't have the mechanical one here at school. Any help would be appreciative.
