Bad News..., Engines need oil kids Options

I have some very bad news for everyone. A local DSM that was to race in the SCDC will no longer be racing. An oil cooler line popped off and resulted in the engine spewing all of its oil out onto the road. Before anyone knew it, weird noises and burning smell started to emit from the engine bay. The car was stopped and after fixing the leak and putting oil in it an attempt to start it was made. The crank was spinning, but cam gears were not. The car was trailered and cams removed. Head and cams are toast. Hopefully the head was the only component to see oil starvation damage. Terrible thing to happen to a great running car. If anyone has a 1G head with cams for sale, let me know ASAP. Maybe with the help of other local DSM owners, this car will make it to the SCDC.

On the up and up Rustys RX-7 is up and running. Good for him and his huge ass turbo. I HATE CARS! Just kiddin im just being bitter because mine is blown up good luck to every one at cordova sorry i wont be racing. Kris dont worry im not bitter and i hope you run great at cordova.
