Ok, i took my oil pan off and to my dismay, i noticed a hunk of metal in the bottom of my oil pan! It was a bearing to the balance shaft and that is appearantly what seized my oil pump, rippped the timing belt, and smashed the pistons into the valves. My question is what do i do now, would a balance shaft eliminator kit work, or do i have to get a new balance shaft. What the hell is the special tool i need to take some gay ass plug off the side of the block? It said in some chilton's that i need to take a plug off with special tool MDXXXXX. What the HELL? Why wouldn't they just have made a nut?
