I currently own a '02 civic lx, and I am tired of being slow.
I am thinking of selling it and buying a 2nd gen Eclipse or Talon To avoind the evil "C" word the first order of business would be an engine swap. what would be more reasonable $, difficulty, availability, and stock hp evo engine 1st gen engine ????? Thanks  |

Not to turn you away from DSM, but do your homework first. Upgradeing to a turbo car cost more. Also, you have to find the right TEL and that can be very hard. It can be hard to wead out the crapy cars from the good ones. I suggest a 1G 6 bolt. It is hard to find one in good shape, but they tend to last longer without a rebuild and I personaly think they have less problems. Thats just going by peoples cars I know of. I'm sure the whole pool of DSMs might very, but I've known some unlucky bastards.
Also, look at a GVR4. The build quality is better by far. William |
