I currently own a '02 civic lx, and I am tired of being slow.
I am thinking of selling it and buying a 2nd gen Eclipse or Talon To avoind the evil "C" word the first order of business would be an engine swap. what would be more reasonable $, difficulty, availability, and stock hp evo engine 1st gen engine ????? Thanks  |

Go for a 1g six bolt "upgrade". Easy to come by, but may need a rebuild. Good solid motor, no crankwalk.
A bit of advice... although they don't look as "cool" (really personal opinion) the 1g's are lighter, and IMO easier to work on, and more solid. In the end it comes down to what you really like better. Rob -------------------- The fastest car I own is a minivan....
