I was wondering if it could possibly be my throttle cable that is hooked up wrong or something because i just put everything back together, and the turbo doens't kick in and it is the slowest peice of poopy ever. When I floor it nothing happens compared to the usual accelleration?? WTF

I would asswume that that could be lead to those symptoms. there is a plate inside of your throttle body that turns open as the throttle cable is pulled on. It's pretty hard to not put that on right though...

Another option could be a massive intake leak. But you would probally be idling horribly.

did you make sure the turbo wasn't locked when you put it on?

these are just a couple of guesses. hopefully someone with more knowledge can help you out
