This is how it looks now

Here is my ride with the motor out of the car. Looks pretty bare doesnt it?

Here is the lonely 420A on the engine stand. The cylinder walls still have cross hatch marks on them which is a good sign. Although we seem to be having some trouble getting the timing belt gear off the crank. LOL! When inspecting the pistons we found the number 4 piston had 3 cracks on the sidewall.

These are the pics after I got the head back from Bumper to Bumper. I did my own porting (gasket matched basically) on the intake ports.

Here is another shot of the head after I gasket matched the ports.

Now for the bling. I polished the intake manifold, elbows and turbo housing. This will just be the beginning of the polishing probably. We are also looking into modding the intake and making shorter straighter runners. Wont happend if I dont find a donner 420A intake runner.

Hanging here is the valve cover its been cleaned and primered so far. Yes the letters are taped off. When this is done it will be red with polished letters.

Of course you have to have the pile of stuff. Here is my turbo, fuel rail, timing belt cover, exhaust manifold and sensors.

An overview of the area.

CHECK IT OUT! YESSSSSSSSSSS! My lower end parts.

Had to lay it all out too make sure I got everything. LOL! Right Acutally I was so excited I had to take pics. LOL!
