Well I just got my new plates in the mail (I used to have LAWN 44 now I have LAWN 94) I haven't had permanent plates on this car since the fmic went on. So where do I put the plate? I don't want it blocking the ic. Can I throw it up on the dash?

that's close, but to my taste... On both of my cars, i moved up and farther to the passenger side, completely out of the way of the fmic, and completely legal.
just take a drill, and practice with a few bits on some scrap crap to find the right one... drill into the bumper... end of story. -------------------- game over.
