theres a difference between paying the replacement price of the car and paying the initial purchase price. I guess the question is...can the car be replaced for the initial purchase price? It sounds like thats not possible, hence that person is not paying for the replacement of the car.
I'll use my car as an example, i payed 16K for it, but it's worth closer to 22. If someone wrecked my car and only payed me 16K i couldn't replace my car....And i dont think that would be fair, i feel i would deserve the 22 so i could buy a 'replacement' |
