Yes, the SAFC can be used in tandem with the MAF, though you wouldn't need to change from Karman to Speed Density if you keep the SAFC mounted in the car and the MAFT up by the sensor.
However, I just ditched the SAFC and am fully confident that I can tune the car in with the MAFT alone. -------------------- my cars breath smells like car food
