What kind of options do you guys know of for your car battery.
I recently relocated my battery to the rear hatch area to make room for the FMIC piping. In my opinon this is the first step away from a dependable daily driver (Second if you count owning a DSM), now that I had to remove the spare tire. What are your experiences with the smaller race type batteries? Do they hold up to DD use? Do they have the cranking abilities of the standard batteries? Are there any other options anyone knows of? Hahaha... Actually I have used the spare to get my car just a couple miles into work. It just so happened to be the first day in a while that we had a hard rain. Boy that was fun.
 BTW - My current battery is an Optima red top dry cell, but it still wont fit neatly in the engine bay in any configuration. The NHRA approved battery box is what takes up all the room in the rear hatch. I haven't run the cable yet. I'm going to check out Darryl's battery and go from there.
