Looking for some feedback if possible. I was thinking about header wrapping the hot side of my charge pipes from the turbo down by where the two pipes cross by each other all the way too the 180 bend. Stopping before the 180 as to get some of the air to start cooling it down just before the fmic. My thinking on this is to reduce engine bay heat and reduce the heat possibly going to the cool side of piping where they cross. I was also thinking about header wrapping the exhaust manifold to for the same reason. I have been getting mixed info on doing the charge pipe. But I have found that some professionals are doing this. So I would like to see what everyone here has t osay about it.

I didnt think ceramic coating did as well as the wrap does. Although it would look nicer. But the question isnt so much what to use but does it make good sense on the thought of doing such a thing?
