Thinking about adding a sub and upgrading the front speakers. Did my brother's 90's Lazer back in the day and it sounded really good. Had 5 1/2" mids in the door and a set of 3 1/2" and 1" tweaters in the dash with a 12 in the hatch.
Was thinking of 2 routes, first one would be a removable box/sub amp in the hatch with a single 10" so I can ditch it for track days. Second would be replacing the stock rear speakers with 8" subs.. I'm using one 10" kicker L7 right now in a ported box. It's pretty loud for one sub. (i'm debating selling it right now, since i have an suv i kind of want to do something different) Let me know if your interested.
Either way i highly reccomend kicker subs ! |
