 crankwalk fix, where? |

A few months ago I talked to someone on this site that knew a place that had the "crankwalk fix ". I was just wondering if anyone knew so I can get it done to the motor that Im building.

Me and my guy TJ seemed to have made a fix.We hacked out the center section of the main girdle and made it into just like a regular main cap. It worked on a motor that WAS walking and lasted for over 3 years and the car was sold and I never heard anything else about it.
 At the very least you dont have to replace all of the bearings and you can just pull the thrust washer bearing out and replace it when you start getting end play.
