How do I fix the sticking gas pedal and where is the ISC supposed to be set at? The gas pedal is the problem, alteast most of it.

did you take out your throttle plate? If so, you may be sticking because the plate is not in correctly.
Loosen 2 screws on throttle plate and adjust until throttle opens and closes freely. The ISC isn't manually adjustable. The ECU takes care of the ISC -------------------- Thanks, Bud!
