 TRE fuel pumps? |

Just wondering if any of you guys have heard anything about TREperformance fuel pumps. They claim to flow just like a Walboro, have a warrenty, all needed equipment, and list new for about $70. Anyone heard the good, the bad, and the ugly on these pumps?

what do you think you are going to need to install it? you have a power wire and a ground wire that attaches to the fuel pump. you might need a new o-ring and some connectors depending on if the pump uses spade connectors or eyelets but that isn't really a big deal.
the walbro pump is a bit smaller than the stock pump and sits in the cradle a little funny but the denso pump is almost double the size of the walbro and fits in like a glove. here is a link to the write up on VFAQ... http://vfaq.com/mods/pump-WB-1GAWD2-print.html the only thing the mention about buying the kit is installing the new filter and new O-rings. you can get orings anywhere and i am sure you can find a filter if the pump doesn't come with one for less than 20 bucks... or see if the stock filter will work. --------------------  |
