I am looking for a clutch for the car because with the 16g I don't think the stocker will hold up. I know the act2600 is the tried and true clutch for the awd cars. Is there anything else out there that has done really well. I would like something with decent street manners but can hold some awd launches at the strip. Also where is a good company to buy the clutch from.
Thanks Steve |

Years back they had an issue the the springs coming out of the friction plate...they fixed it but a lot of people got a bad tast in their mouth about that.
I've had an ACT 2600 for a while. Has put up with a lot of launches on the stutter box running in the 12's with 1.7-1.8 60'. It's a little stiff but you get used to it. Only problem I had was a blown Mitsu TOB that caused the fingers to get chewed up. -------------------- 92 Eagle Talon TSI AWD "The Black Golfball" How fast can a 14B go???
