The problem with my second gear syncro is getting worse. I have to be super careful shifting to second or else it grinds
what all am I looking at, can I just replace the one syncro, all the syncro's or am I looking at a whole rebuild???????? whos up for it. ps. kris, I still need to get that timing looked at (the prob that rised up and slapped me in the ars when I installed the air intake.) -------------------- You CAN sleep in your car, but your CAN NOT race your house!!!

Yes, but I believe that the ECU automatically retards the timing 5 degrees at idle. Thats why you have to ground the pin near the battery. Unless I'm thinking about it backwards. Its been a while since I've checked the timing on my car. I'm sure someone on here knows for sure.
