Do you have to retorque a head after using a mitsu metal HG and ARP"S?
I'm getting coolant pushing through my overflow again |

Hey smart a$$, your not supposed to have to retorque them but better safe than sorry. I've retorqued mine in the past with a metal head gasket. If you are pushing boost past the gasket into the cooling system and you've caught it early enough (Not warped), it is surely worth a try.
I had this exact problem just recently and had my head milled and I installed a new gasket, with copper spray just to be safe. Then I torqued the head studs to 100ft/lbs in 10 lb increments! Talk about being conservative on an install. Do all that you can. -------------------- In Loving memory of David T Crebo
