Hey! I just found this site through a link Natedogg had on dsmtalk. I live in Crystal Lake and wondering if there are any meets happening soon. The Chicago club DSM never seems to meet. I'm hoping to have my Talon back tomorrow [new factory clutch

QUOTE I'm just glad that I'm able to do most all of this myself.
That's got to be the best part about these cars. Sure they break. But they're cheap to fix and most of the work can be done by the owner. I've always thought this was cool on DSM's because compared to other cars the factory forced induction engine and AWD drivetrain is actually quite a bit more complicated. We are almost obligated to thank other DSM owners such as Tom Stangl and Todd Day, who were willing to break into their rides and give free, detailed instructions on how to fix and mod these cars. Helpful DSM owners are what make it easy to own, fix, modify, and race these cars. |
