i would like to know if anyone is running a 20g. i am thinking of doing the evo16g but i am going to build a motor and i don't wanna spend money on a bigger turbo later on in the project. what i am looking for is about 400hp when i'm all done. I know it's not going to take much considering the numbers i've seen from some of the other guys on here but it's a good goal for me. so all i am wanting to know is if the 20g is going to be a better choice insted of the evo. i just don't wanna over work the turbo and have it crap out on me in a year. if the evo can take the abuse then that is fine be i don't wanna have to struggle to squeeze the last bit of power out of it to reach my goal.

FROM WHAT THIS POST SHOWS NATE THE EVOIII ONLY FLOWS 100CFMS LESS THAN THE 20G. NOW WHAT I AM WONDERING IS IF THAT 100 MORE CFM'S IS WORTH THE EXTRA $400 ?? EVOIII - $535 AT 550CFM 20G- $1100 AT 650CFM
I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE UPGRADE FUEL THING AND THE EXHAUST IS NOT A PROBLEM. CAN YOU USE A EVOIII EXHAUST MANIFOLD ON THE 20G?? AND I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD GET A 20G W/ INTERNAL WASTEGATE? I THOUGHT YOU HAD TO GO EXTERNAL. THE PROBLEM I'M RUNNING INTO IS I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE I'LL HAVE TO DO TO RUN THE 20G. IS IT GONNA HAVE TO BE STANDALONE FUEL?? HOW IS THE TURBO LAG ON THE 20G? EXTERNAL WASTEGATE ONLY? HOW BIG ON INJECTORS?? 550-650?? -------------------- famous last words....
