This is a side bet for anyone that is interested. PM me if you have specific questions.

RULES:
$100 to enter.
Fastest ET of the day wins all the money.
Imports only.
Anything allowed as long as it falls in the NHRA Sport Compact or NDRA rules and one would fall into one of the classes (you must say which). See their website for the official rules.
No funny cars, bikes, go karts, etc. Must be a car.
Driver must own the car. Proof may be requested.

Actually I believe Morocco is open weather permitting year round. I know there's been a New Year's day event in the past as well in the area at a track.

Here's the deal. This is a friendly wager between us guys. There is no affiliation between this and and Eric or V-DAY. We're just doing it on the same day. We're not stealing any of the spot light. This isn't an advertised event outside of here or Cii. Everyone is invited. I will hold the money that day and post up the official rules and regulations as it gets closer. Its fairly self explanitory though. Darryll Hudson is invited also incase you guys were wondering.

Usually they have weight minimums, not maximums, so I think you'll be ok. And as long as you don't run quicker than a 11.99 without at least a 6pt cage, then you should be fine also.

Hey...you said if we're not running 10's then not to waste our gas. So even if I getted kicked out of the track for not having a cage I could still have the FTD. That should qualify me for the pot, correct?

You're a smart guy and I know you know what I ment. No need to be a smarta$$. Your car must be legal according to the NHRA Sport Compact or NDRA rules. If you run the fastest time of the day, but are not legal, then it doesn't count. If you don't like the rules, too bad, don't enter then.

Hahaha! I'm sorry, but that's absolute bullshit. That pretty much excludes any dsm that has a chance at running 11's, but doesn't have a rollcage. I have a rollcage and I still think the rules for this silly unofficial side challenge are retarded. Nothing personal, but I'll have no part in it just because the rules are being made to favor certain cars (ie. NDRA & NHRA rules). DSM's get enough of this non-level playing field bs in the official drag races. We shouldn't have to worry about it when putting our own money on the line in a side-bet.
