i have bought two couplers from these people in the past few weeks. they are a warehouse so they are only supposed to sell to distributors. but i called and BSed with the person on the phone and they sent me what i needed UPS with no shipping charge and it was here in three days from california. they were $18 each no matter what the size or color (red, black, or blue).

2.5 to 3 reducer? This from the turbo outlet to the FMIC lower pipe I presume? Get a 4-ply if you can. T-bolt clamp not required, just a heavy duty methinks. I had success with RRE.

What are you running for FMIC and piping?

QUOTE (spyonu2007 @ Nov 20 2005, 11:15 PM)
2.5 to the ic increases to a 3 inch inlet and exit out of the Greddy FMIC, from there is polished stainless 3-3.5. I think the worm clamps were part of the issue, it seems that the original couplers swelled up and shranh and cut even on the side of the clamp. (Which may also be a il placed clamp in the first place...

Oh well, as with the dsm's... She will come out faster than last time.. might as well take her down until the rest of the kids can come out to play... Ive got some work to do on my little lady friend...

I cant seem to stop laughing! I wonder why?

Do they have reducers too? None of the semi-truck places here in Bloomington have reducers, just straight silicone hose.

QUOTE (RedlineUnlimited @ Nov 21 2005, 07:45 PM)
There is a Big Rig place in morton i think its freightliner but not sure but the have a ton of them give them a cal or take the part in there and they can match it up

Wow, someone let us know in this thread if they're a decent source for 4-ply straights, reducers, and heavy-duty clamps, eh?

I have bought t-bolt clamps and straight couplers at freightliner before. I am not sure if they go down to 2.5" though. I think 3" is the smallest they have. But i would give them a try. It is right behind cracker Barrel...

I know International carries 2.5in and 3in couplers here in town. Don't know if other places do though.
