The platform could be based on the IX still, though. Look at the foxbody Stang. It went with roughly three different body styles, but it was still the same platform.

Yep, tis true. And not to mention that the fiscal 2006 year is the first in the last four years that they've actually turned a profit.
To be honest, I think it's going to kill EVO sales, even though they only account for a marginal portion of all Mitsubishi's revenue. -------------------- "I hear he tunes the space shuttle also...and that thing is fast"
