HA! Don't expect me to be looking at it. The jury is still out on this one but, I don't think I have much to worry about. That turd will never make it to Vicary Day in time!

Run into a bit of a pickle with the fuel pump housing....
Old one broke the output line off in half when I originally pulled it out. New one I just got is going to have the same problem, the nut is corroded to the line way too bad. I happen to have a couple small pieces of AN line with the right adapter to hook to the fuel line left on the car. Not sure exactly how to hook it up... Any ideas? -------------------- The fastest car I own is a minivan....

Wrap with electrical tape a few times where you want to cut.

Rob, I have some specalty tools from when I built Turbo Tension, and my fuel systems. I'll be around on Sunday if you want a hand.

All of that and I don't know what I want to do next. |

I got it, but if I ever have to do that again I'll definately get a hold of you.... I basically made a line that goes from the hose that is currently attached to the car to the fitting on the fuel pump housing. I'll get a pic when it's all installed. Stock setup is very similar to a DSM.

Update....
As far as I know, I now have all the pices to finish putting her back together. Plates are applied for. About 1/2 the fuilds are filled, and I got the battery put in yesterday and ran some juice though her viens for the first time in a long time. Hoping to have her running this weekend, that will depend on what problems I find once I turn the key. It's been a long road, but the end is finally in sight!!!!

Made a lot of progress just tonight. In fact she's already turned over a couple revs..... to the best of my knowledge, the only thing keeping it from runing at the moment is some 93 octane....
That leaves me a couple days for troubleshooting before saturday night.

Been a long time coming... tomorrow will show if the fruits of my labor are ready to be picked. Wrapped up the last of the known loose ends tonight.... Some fresh gas and some praying.... hopefully she will live again. The morning light shall tell the tale.

Put the first 5 or so miles on her tonight.... probably going to take her to work in the morning.....
It's like someone who's been in a coma for the last 3 years trying to walk.... definately needs to get back in shape before trying to run a 100m dash!!!
