Everyone make note of the detour on the Cordova's site. The normal exit is closed and if you cross the river you can't come back across there.

Just heard that the weather should be good this weekend!
I'm also going to get my first chance to go 10's this weekend! Josh can not drive his turbo Mustang due to a temporary medical issue and has asked me to race it. Driving a fat tired RWD car is a hand full, not to mention going that fast. Now I'll take on All you ballers.... Except Darryl! -------------------- In Loving memory of David T Crebo

Thanks for putting on another great day of racing.
It was good to get the Talon out and beat on it for the first time this year. Best was a 12.68 @ 107.51 at 21 psi on the street chip. Considering the heat and the race gas chip wasn't in, that's not too bad. Made it to the third round of the brackets (winning ugly) but I'll take it. The used Tial I put on really improved the boost stabilizing @ 21-20psi instead of the normal drop of 21 to 17 on the stock BOV. Wife had a blast running also, she made 5-6 runs with a best of 14.04. She was hoping for a 13 but she needs to learn to launch it, 2.6 60' is leaving a lot on the table. She finally started getting the rpms up on the last couple of passes and started leaving on the last amber itstead of after the green. Between me running the brackets and her test and tune, the car stayed in the lanes all day. Car never really cooled down and toward the end of the day the battery was taking a beating. It's barely had 13 volts at the end of the track. The injector duty cycles kept creeping up trying to feed it fuel as the pump voltage dropped. The car used 2 gallons of 110 in 11 passes. Dan, we'll get that race next time! -------------------- 92 Eagle Talon TSI AWD "The Black Golfball" How fast can a 14B go???
