Oh how I wish I was up there. Good luck, Spy. Let me know how it goes. Someone best have some ice, painkillers, alcohol, and a camera. I want to see how bad his back looks after he's done and how screwed up he gets to relieve the pain.

QUOTE (spyonu2007 @ Feb 24 2005, 05:12 AM) saying I can get a good 90 oil pump... Do you need the actual pump or just the oil filter housing with the outlets for the external oil cooler? -------------------- |

Put me down for Fri and Sat. I'm not sure if I'll be able to be there all of Friday or not, but it looks good so far. I'm in P-town, too, so just PM me some directions.

You want 2G pistons and 1G rods in a 6-bolt.

That's awesome, Spy! I'm sorry I couldn't make it out. Ended up having a honey-do list that I didn't even know about. Tuning with a MAFT or a SAFC? What injectors?

QUOTE (spyonu2007 @ Feb 28 2005, 02:14 AM) Opted to toss the fresh 14b for something with some more oooomph.... And what is this turbo that has more oomph?... When is Shamou scheduled for the "heart transplant?" Also, are the 13g's moving over from the "donor" engine for "more oomph" as well? If you need help, let me know, I might be able to do something early Saturday since The JBone will be in town for spring break. -------------------- -The original (member) 007. QUOTE (spyonu2007 @ Feb 28 2005, 07:53 AM) Both safc and maft, 720's., may need to go 780;s, Inj dutycycle is 125%, knock is 10 counts in fifth at redline. 32psi. Combo saab and supra intercoolers, mad props to jmoushon for welding up the mandrel bends. Was that read from an actual logged graph or from the real-time number screen during a run? Keep in mind the real-time number screen Inj. DC isn't the true DC. The logged one is what you want to look at to get real numbers for DC. |

Felpro gaskets are probably worse than stock Mistu. I've heard of many problems with Felpro gaskets on DSMs blowing even on cars with stock boost.

Somehow I doubt it. Do you really think that I would help work on a car knowing that the result would be a vehicle capable of beating me? For enough cash, I suppose I would, but not fo free.
I think that if I were to race the FWD right now, I would beat Dan by close to 1,320 feet. Matter of fact, his FWD couldn't take my DD right now, and I'd be in reverse. -------------------- 2009 Scion Tc
