I was wondering if it could possibly be my throttle cable that is hooked up wrong or something because i just put everything back together, and the turbo doens't kick in and it is the slowest peice of poopy ever. When I floor it nothing happens compared to the usual accelleration?? WTF

I would asswume that that could be lead to those symptoms. there is a plate inside of your throttle body that turns open as the throttle cable is pulled on. It's pretty hard to not put that on right though...
Another option could be a massive intake leak. But you would probally be idling horribly. did you make sure the turbo wasn't locked when you put it on? these are just a couple of guesses. hopefully someone with more knowledge can help you out -------------------- game over.

Im kinda having the same problem with my car. All the sudden it doesnt feel like im getting boost. My setup its stock. I know thats not fast, but it felt faster when i bought it than it does now. Car runs fine otherwise, just when i punch it, it doesnt feel like im getting any boost. I do get a C/E light on occasion that goes on and off at random, i pulled a code 11 with my logger, O2 sensor. But sometimes the light goes off. I did a run with my logger hooked up and i got 26 counts of knock in 3rd gear at approx 5k rpm. My boost gauge doesnt read past about 2-3 psi and most of the time its in the vaccum side, but i figured it was a bad gauge (factory). I guess i should get a aftermarket gauge and see what it reads. Anyone else have any ideas? Boost leak, bad O2 sensor, bad turbo? im new with turbos so im not exactly sure where to start, but the car does run fine normally, no smoke or bad idle, so im not sure why im not boosting.
