TypeS BOV Problems, Looking for Ideas here

Beginner Group: Members Posts: 40 Joined: 9-January 04 From: Peoria Member No.: 223	I just installed a total 3" Turbo back exst and Hard Pipe and Electronic 2 stage boost controller,, Now all is kinda good but my BOV is not working properly. When It is supposed to dump air My turbo sounds like it has some pissed off squirrels caught in it. when I put the stock upper pipe and stock BOV back on all is ok cept I have $250 worth of paper waits, it may be just a worn out turbo but when I bought the car it had the greddy hard pipe and Type S on it and everything worked well. Any Ideas would be helpful. Thanks Don.
